Dane
Medical Receptionist
Dane is a Medical Receptionist at Diversity Family Health in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He brings experience from primary care, mental health private practice, durable medical equipment (DME), and home health agencies, along with an extensive background in accounting, customer service, and inventory management. Dane was excited to learn that Diversity Family Health was expanding into Northwest Arkansas and values working in a fully affirming environment where LGBTQIA+ patients are treated with respect and dignity.
Dane is passionate about building meaningful connections with patients and creating a welcoming front-office experience. He is deeply committed to community advocacy and supports local and national organizations that uplift Indigenous, POC, LGBTQIA+, and underserved communities. He also volunteers with local dog and cat rescue organizations and serves on the local PFLAG board.
Outside of work, Dane enjoys spending time with his partners, chosen family, friends, and pets — especially in his role as a proud German Shepherd dog dad. A former recreational athlete, he now enjoys cheering on women’s sports and college football (Boomer Sooner!), and loves attending his nieces’ and nephews’ games and activities.
